Open Rewordy Diagnostics and check Apple Intelligence readiness, Accessibility permission, entitlement status, and whether the active app exposes an editable selection.

Trial or entitlement ended
The trial lasts 7 days. After it ends, apply a license key. Paid rewriting also pauses when a usage lease expires or is exhausted until Rewordy can refresh it.
License issue
If you hit a device limit or need a reset, include your license email and the Mac you want removed from the activation list.
Rewordy 0.1.x stopped rewriting
Hosted rewriting is permanently retired with Rewordy 0.2. There is no Cerebras, OpenAI, or other hosted fallback. Continued rewriting requires macOS 26 or later, a compatible Apple-silicon Mac, Apple Intelligence enabled with its local model ready, and the Rewordy 0.2 app.
